Good:
Lightweight, Adobe Freehand runs like a lightning and has all the tools to produce quality, professional content.
Bad:
Freehand haven't been updated for years, and it seems Adobe has no plans to add features or made it available for new Windows or OSX users.
Bottom line:
Adobe Freehand is still being sold by Adobe, however, development has been put on hold in favor of Adobe Illustrator, result of the dreadful sale of Macromedia to Adobe in 2005.
